We utilize hot runner and multi-cavity molds (up to 1-out-of-32 cavities) to meet high-volume production requirements. Through advanced mold flow analysis, we compensate for material shrinkage and control deformation, guaranteeing the accuracy of sealing surfaces and threaded connections. Our engineers prioritize cavity consistency, ensuring machining tolerances of ±0.01 mm on critical features.
2. High-Quality Molds for Thin-Walled, Deep-Cavity Components
Filter housings typically feature complex threads. We offer specialized ejection systems: forced ejection mechanisms for shallow threads and precision hydraulic or gear-driven unscrewing systems for deep threads, ensuring reliable positioning and complete thread formation. We also leverage CAE analysis to optimize gate locations and cooling channel designs, preventing weld lines in high-pressure areas. Molds are mirror-polished with optimized venting to guarantee a premium cosmetic surface finish.
