Metal Stamping & Tooling

Custom Metal Stamping Services

Stamping is one of the most economical and common processes for industrial production. From simple washers to high-precision automotive components, our stamping dies make mass production cost-effective.

Types of Stamping Dies

Based on the stamping process, stamping dies can be divided into two main categories:

1. Material Separation Dies

These dies are primarily used to cut or separate material through operations such as blanking, punching, cutting, and trimming.

Key Point:

Their core components consist of a blade system (punch and die). Controlling the gap between these components is critical for achieving clean edges and tight shearing tolerances.

2. Forming Dies

These dies are designed to shape material into desired forms. They include:

  • Bending dies: for producing bent components.
  • Deep drawing dies: for forming hollow containers.
  • Flanging dies: for creating vertical edges along contours.
  • Expanding/reducing dies: for changing the diameter or shape of tube parts.
  • Finishing dies: for final precision calibration of part dimensions.

Our Key Success Factors

Precise Gap Control

This directly affects cut surface quality and mold service life. We typically use high-precision processes like slow wire EDM and CNC to make mold components, and our engineers have extensive experience in assembly.

Material Utilization

Our engineers use scientific layout designs to reduce material waste and lower costs, ensuring maximum efficiency for your production runs.

Longevity vs. Economy

Mold materials should be selected based on production volume. We focus on the balance between longevity and economy , not simply choosing the most expensive material for the longest life.

Safety Requirements

Worker safety is our top priority, then operational stability. Every die is designed to safety standards.

20+ Years of Expertise

With over 20 years of experience in mold design and manufacturing, we specialize in producing high-quality metal stamping parts that meet your end-product needs.
