General Tolerance for injection molding
Injection molding tolerances are essential for ensuring the quality and functionality of molded parts. They can be categorized into commercial and fine tolerances, depending on the level of precision required, which also influences the cost level.
Commercial tolerances are less precise, involving lower-cost molds and producing more affordable parts. Fine tolerances, also known as precision tolerances, offer a tighter tolerance range, which increases the cost of both the mold and the final parts.

Our engineer scientifically calculates shrinkage rates based on the material
properties, ensuring finished parts meet exact dimensional requirements.
2. Optimized Ejection Systems
Our engineer designed reasonable draft angles and ejection mechanisms that
ensure smooth, damage-free part ejection—reducing scrap rates and improving
surface quality.
3. Balanced Wall Thickness Design
Use Moldflow software to analyze the impact of uneven thickness, and we
minimize common defects such as sink marks and warpage, resulting in
consistently high-quality parts.
4. Reduce the Weld Line and Ventilation effect
Through injection gate placement and optimized venting layouts, we preserve
surface appearance where it matters most.
5. High-Efficiency Cooling Systems
Excellent cooling channel designs that achieve uniform, rapid cooling. This
significantly reduces cycle times.
