General Tolerance for injection molding

    Injection molding tolerances are essential for ensuring the quality and functionality of molded parts. They can be categorized into commercial and fine tolerances, depending on the level of precision required, which also influences the cost level.

Commercial tolerances are less precise, involving lower-cost molds and producing more affordable parts. Fine tolerances, also known as precision tolerances, offer a tighter tolerance range, which increases the cost of both the mold and the final parts.

1. R&D Support We support customer R&D. Make the files or improve the design if needed (UG, SolidWorks, ProE, Auto CAD etc.)
2. Mold Process Mold design (MDF report) → check/approve → approved → make mold → do sample → sample confirmed → check the final mold quality ready to export.
3. Sample Modification If the first sample is not satisfied with customer, we can modify mold and to meet customers’ requirements.
4. Sample Delivery Produce the customer demand number, free shipping.
5. Final Delivery Delivery goods by sea or by air, special requirements can be acceptable and base on the customers’ demands.
