1.  Multi-stage Precision Deep Drawing die(for high quantity)
    The lamp covers require continuous deep drawing through multiple die sets (typically 4–8 sets), then forming the flat sheet into the required deep-cavity complex shape.
    Die Characteristics: Design the process Step: The deformation amount for each stage must be precisely calculated, balancing material flow to prevent wrinkling and cracking. These considerations must be considered from the beginning of the design.
    High Rigidity mold steel: To avoid elastic deformation during stamping and drawing that affects surface precision, the dies are normally made of extremely high structural rigidity steel
    Design the mold Clearance: The gap between the punch and die must be controlled—uniform and slightly larger than material thickness—to ensure smooth material flow without excessive thinning.
    Balance Wrinkling and Cracking in a Metal Sheet:For deep drawing of metal sheets, flat areas are prone to wrinkling, while sharp corners and step surfaces are prone to cracking. To avoid this, we need to use a reasonable deep drawing process, fill with high-performance deep drawing oils, and add Process Supplement and drawing ribs.
