Emergency Call Box Manufacturing & Assembly
Our emergency call boxes emergency call box are made by sheet metal Fabrication process. Here is how we made them from raw steel to final parts:
1 Metal Parts Fabrication
The enclosure is manufactured by sheet metal fabrication process. We use cold-rolled steel, laser-cutting the front panel, back cover, side brackets, and other components according to the drawings. To reduce assembly gaps, all parts are produced with a tight tolerance of ±0.1mm. Then, we use a CNC bending machine to form the side panels ,that‘s make it more perfect accuracy.
2Kitting
All components, including sheet metal parts, screws, and the speaker grille, are kitted according to the Bill of Materials (BOM). Every part is labeled to ensure no components are missing or mismatched before assembly begins.
3 Incoming Quality Control (IQC)
Before assembly, all components w ill be inspected based on ISO 9001 standards. We check them include:
- Dimension, espicially bent angles and location
- Surface quality
- Material certifications
- Quality and quantity of rivets and fasteners
4 Riveting & Assembly
Once parts pass inspection, we start to assemble. We rivet the front panel, back cover, and side brackets together. At the same time, we need to ensure they are tightly connectedn. The speaker grille is then carefully installed, making sure it is aligned correctly and fastened.
5 Powder Coating
Once the assembly is completed, we will do shot blasting and powder coating. The bright yellow color of the powder coat not only makes the box highly visible but also helps it be weather-resistant.
6Quality Control
We enforce strict quality standards throughout production. The Incoming Inspections, First-Article Inspections, Random Sampling, and In-Process Checks are regularly carried out to guarantee the quality of the partss.
7Packaging
Each emergency call box is protected using custom-molded foam inserts, to protect it from being destroyed during shipping.
