How We Manufacture Premium Stainless Steel Soap Dispensers

From raw SUS304 steel to final packaging,  Here is our 6-step quality workflow:

  1. Precision Metal Fabrication

    We start with SUS304 stainless steel, laser-cutting components to exact drawings, including holes for the liquid outlet, viewing window, and mounting screws. The metal is then bent into shape, laser-welded at the corners for seamless joints, and finished with a mirror polish.

  2. Component Kitting

    All parts are collected according to the Bill of Materials (BOM). This includes the food-grade liquid reservoir, pump head, and hardware.

  3. Incoming Quality Control (IQC)

    Every component is inspected against ISO 9001 standards. We verify critical dimensions, decorative finish quality, Material certifications, and UL compliance before assemble.

  4.  Assembly

    Our technicians follow a strict sequence: 1) Insert the inner bottle into the stainless steel shell; 2) Secure the pump head to the bottle neck; 3) Lock the internal mechanism to the shell base using specialized screws to prevent loosening.

  5. Quality Assurance & Testing

    We perform comprehensive dimension and appearance checks on the first batch. 100%  function testing and apperance testing imass production, 

  6. Packaging

    We use custom-molded foam insert and placed them inside a 5-layer corrugated cardboard carton. This provide maximum protection against impact and damage during global shipping.
