Ensuring long-term reliability , According to rigorous ISO 9001 standards
Dimensional tolerances and assembly clearances of the outer shell, pump body, and sensor chamber are key requirements. We optimize mold designs considering ABS/PC material performance to prevent shrinkage, color differences, and brittleness.
Incoming materials are strictly controlled based on ISO 9001 standards. We focus on critical properties including heat resistance, color consistency, food-grade safety, and UL certification compliance.
Before mass production begins, we conduct a small batch run after mold testing to validate the entire manufacturing process and ensure stability.
The assembly line covers precision operations including ultrasonic welding of the shell, installation of the peristaltic pump, and rigorous stress testing of the battery compartment.
We adopt First Article Inspection (FAI) and random checks. Samples must pass a 72-hour continuous operation test, drop impact test, and IPX4 waterproof test. Batch inspections follow AQL standards for function, appearance, and safety (CE/RoHS).
To ensure zero damage during transportation, packaging includes protective foam, custom color boxes, and sturdy 5-layer corrugated cardboard cartons.
Controlling the whole process ensures the long-term reliability of the product under high-frequency use. Every step follows ISO 9001:2015 certified quality management systems.
