Material & Design: This part is injection-molded from PPS (polyphenylene sulfide), using a 1-out-of-2 edge-gate design. PPS has high rigidity, heat resistance, and chemical resistance.

Process Advantage: When we inject-mold PPS parts, we need to be strict with drying – 130–150°C for 4 to 6 hours – and keep the melt temperature in the 280–320°C range, with the mold temperature around 80–120°C. The edge gate design works really well for symmetrical shapes like this – it promotes even filling, which helps minimize internal stress and warping. That makes it a great fit for complex parts with ribs, holes, and flanges.
