Metal Boiler Welding & Assembly
Our stainless steel boilers are made with a standard manufacturing process. Here is the process how we ensure leak-free and long-term corrosion resistance:
1 Metal Parts Fabrication
The production of this boiler includes the cover, bottom plate, outer tube, and curved inlet tube. We use laser cutting to ensure precise dimensions for all components. Then , we use a CNC bending machine to form the pipes with high accuracy of ±0.2mm.
2Kitting
All parts are sourced and kitted according to the Bill of Materials (BOM).
3 Incoming Quality Control (IQC)
Before assembly, all components do incoming inspection based on ISO 9001 standards. We check the following items:
- Dimension tolerances & fit gap.
- Deburring & surface quality
- Material certifications & grade.
4 Automated Laser Welding
We start by welding the inlet tube to the bottom plate. Laser welding is good for thinner materials because it minimizes thermal deformation, this ensure the inlet tube maintains high precision. Next, we join the sub-assembliy parts to the outer tube, then the cover. Finally, we use Go/No-Go gauges to check the inlet tube's critical dimensions to see if it is deformade.
5 Passivation Treatment
After welding, we need to do passivation. This chemical treatment significantly improves the boiler's corrosion resistance.
6 100% Pressure Testing
Every part need do 1 bar pressure test after passivation. Any leaking parts are identified and scrapped to ensure Zero defects ocuurs.
7Quality Assurance
Incoming Inspections, First-Article Inspections, Random Sampling, and In-Process Checks occur regularly .This ensure high-quality standards for all welding stainless steel boilers.
8Packaging
Custom-molded foam and a 5-layer corrugated box protect the product during transit.
