Metal Boiler Welding & Assembly

Our stainless steel boilers are manufactured with a rigorous process to ensure leak-free performance and long-term corrosion resistance. Below is the step-by-step workflow we follow.

  • 1Metal Parts Fabrication
The production includes the cover, bottom plate, outer tube, and curved inlet tube. We use laser cutting for precise dimensions, then a CNC bending machine to form pipes with accuracy of ±0.2mm.
  • 2Kitting
All parts are sourced and kitted according to the Bill of Materials (BOM).
  • 3Incoming Quality Control (IQC)
Before assembly, all components undergo incoming inspection based on ISO 9001 standards. We check:
    • Dimension tolerances & fit gap
    • Deburring & surface quality
    • Material certifications & grade
  • 4Automated Laser Welding
We start by welding the inlet tube to the bottom plate. Laser welding minimizes thermal deformation, ensuring high precision. Next, we join sub-assemblies to the outer tube, then the cover. Finally, Go/No-Go gauges check critical dimensions for deformation.
  • 5Passivation Treatment
After welding, passivation is applied — a chemical treatment that significantly improves corrosion resistance.
  • 6100% Pressure Testing
Every part undergoes a 1 bar pressure test after passivation. Any leaking parts are identified and scrapped to ensure zero defects.
  • 7Quality Assurance
Incoming Inspections, First-Article Inspections, Random Sampling, and In-Process Checks occur regularly to maintain high-quality standards for all welded stainless steel boilers.
  • 8Packaging
Custom-molded foam and a 5-layer corrugated box protect the product during transit.
