vaccum forming process

process: plastic sheet - cutting - sheet fixing - heating - forming - demoulding - edge removal - finished product

material requirements for blister forming:
1. For Blister molding, only products with uniform wall thickness can be produced (generally, the chamfer is slightly thin), and plastic products with different wall thickness cannot be produced
2. The wall thickness of the Blister molding is generally within 1-2mm or thinner (the most commonly used thickness of the sheet for small packaging is 0.15-0.25mm)
3. The tensile strength of the molded products is limited to a certain extent. The diameter depth ratio of the molded plastic containers is generally not more than 1, and in extreme cases it is not more than 1.5
4. The dimensional accuracy of the Blister molding is poor, and its relative error is generally more than 1%.
