The splay phenomenon is easy to appear in the production process of injection molding products, and this phenomenon is in many aspects. One of the reasons for plastics is that:

Absorb moisture from the atmosphere or from the colorant, the colorant should also be dried, it is best to install a dryer on the machine.
If the humidity of the plastic is high, the proportion of recycled materials added is too much or contains harmful chips (the chips are easy to decompose), the plastic should be dried sufficiently and the scraps should be eliminated.
Mixing with other plastics is also a reason
The amount of lubricant and stabilizer added in plastics is too much or mixed unevenly, or the plastic itself has volatile solvents. When it is difficult to take into account the degree of heating, the mixed plastics will decompose.
