PEEK (Polyether Ether Ketone) is a high-performance engineering plastic that needs a special process for injection molding. In injection Melting temperatures need 370–400°C, and mold temperatures are tightly controlled at 160–200°C to manage crystallization. Not only this,  the material's High Abrasiveness and Thermo sensitivity are also challenge for injection . Our 20+ years of mold solutions can meet these demands, provide our customer with good-quality molds.

1. Superior Materials for PEEK molds
We make peek mold components from carbide and premium powder metallurgy steels, precision-machined and mirror-polished for optimal performance. Optional wear-resistant coatings will extend the mold life too. This ensure our molds that maintain dimensional stability and long mold life under continuous high-temperature, high-pressure operation.

2. Precision Temperature Control System for Crystallization
Our molds have independently controlled heating and cooling circuits, and they are also high-accuracy controllers capable of ±1°C precision. Thermal insulation between plates minimizes heat loss, ensuring uniform temperature distribution, and ensures the injection part with good quality.

3. Optimized Flow and Venting
Make hot runner systems with enlarged runners and gates to reduce shear heat and flow resistance, preventing material degradation.

4. Special ejection systems and cooling systems
Stainless steel cooling circuits eliminate corrosion risks and ensure consistent heat dissipation over the long term. Ejection systems are specifically engineered for high-temperature operation.
