Stator and Rotor Cores die

Our Advantages in Motor Stator and Rotor Stamping dies

Motor stators and rotors are formed by laminating hundreds of thin silicon steel sheets. We can provide you with precision, efficiency, and high-volume motor molds.

High-Speed Precision Progressive Dies

For mass production, our progressive dies combine massive scale with microscopic precision:

·        Exceptional Accuracy – Feed tolerances of ±0.02mm and cutting edge tolerances of ±0.01mm, achieved through advanced wire EDM and grinding.

·        150 million strokes mold life – Critical punch pins use tungsten carbide, engineered for over 150 million strokes. Ultra-precision guiding systems ensure decades of consistent performance.

·        Automatic Lamination Riveting – Special riveting points automatically interlock each new lamination with the previous one, forming complete motor cores directly in the die. No secondary operations needed.

·        Maximum Material Utilization – By reasonable design, we can achieve 90% material efficiency.

·         Zero-Burr Blanking – Precisely controlled mold clearance and mirror-finished carbide edges.

Sustained Precision –even the mold runs at 300–1,500 strokes per minute, our expertise in materials, heat treatment, and assembly ensures the position is stable and does not shift
With extensive experience in Stator and Rotor Stamping Molds design and manufacturing, we provide one-stop solutions that produce high-precision and high-volume motor core molds. Our 20+ years of mold experience ensure that every mold meets the highest standards of performance and durability.
