injection joints

Product joints are usually caused by low temperature and low pressure at the joints.

1. Temperature issue:

The temperature of the material barrel is too low;

The nozzle temperature is too low;

The mold temperature is too low;

The mold temperature at the joint is too low;

The temperature of plastic melt is uneven.

2. Injection molding issues:

Injection pressure too low:

The injection speed is too slow.

3. Mold issue:

<1> Poor exhaust at the joint;

<2> Poor exhaust of components;

<3> The diversion channel is too small;

<4> The gate is too small;

<5> The inlet diameter of the three channels is too small;

<6> The nozzle hole is too small;

<7> If the gate is too far from the joint, an auxiliary gate can be added;

<8> The wall thickness of the product is too thin, causing premature solidification;

<9> Core offset, resulting in one-sided thinning;

<10> The mold is offset, causing one side to be thin

<11> The parts are too thin and thickened at the seams;

<12> Unequal filling rates;

<13> Interruption of filling material flow.

4. Equipment issues:

The plasticizing capacity is too small;

The pressure loss in the material barrel is too large (plunger type injection press).

Material issue:

Material contamination;

The material flowability is too poor, adding lubricant to improve flowability.
